Create Custom FREE Art For Your Home

Create Custom FREE Art For Your Home

I'm so excited to share this information with you today!

Sometimes we desperately want to make changes to our home but we have a budget of...nothing. Or we just really don't want to invest a lot into a room because we might make bigger changes later.

Two years ago we moved into our home and our main level bathroom was one of my least favorite rooms. I knew eventually we would update the space to make it function better for our family but I also wanted to make it as homey as possible in the meantime. My husband introduced me to tagxedo...a free site that allows you to make cloud art in various shapes, sizes, colors and where you get to choose the words.

I created this pear cloud using the fruit of the spirit in shades of pink to go in the original bathroom. I had an old frame that I re-used for the art so the project literally cost me nothing.

Now that we've updated our bathroom I wanted to give this little piece of art an update too. I purchased an inexpensive frame from IKEA to make the swap.

Originally I had just printed the word cloud on white paper, cut out the shape and then attached it to some scrap book paper.

I trimmed the paper a little to fit into the new frame and just like that it was done...it was like the free art that just keeps on giving! :-)

Now we still have a custom piece of art in our now custom bathroom.

I was so excited to come across this post last week from Kris at Driven By Decor. In her post she gives a step by step tutorial on how to create your very own word cloud. Go check it out! The decorating possibilities are almost endless!

What words would you choose to put in your word cloud?
